Knit an Animal Friend - Cinthia Vallet - Fri. 7/31

Knit an Animal Friend - Cinthia Vallet - Fri. 7/31

Friday, July 31

10:00-1:00, 3 hours

About this class:
During this workshop, I help you to discover the joy of knitting your own animal following my original method, without any seam, but a lot of love and fun. It’s a workshop to open the door to your inner child, an enchanting digression for your hands and soul.

Maybe you think it might be too difficult! It’s not and this workshop is here to get you started: focusing on the head of the animal - the step that contains all the essential - you’ll discover the construction and the techniques that will allow you to grow a sweet animal from nose to toes, directly out of your needles, in a fully seamless and flowing process.

The workshop includes the pattern for The Nibble siblings, a lovely fluffle of tiny bunnies, that will support your learning and keep the momentum once back home!

To sail peacefully, you’ll need to be at ease with knitting very small circumferences in the round, small as a thumb, using any appropriate method for that (magic loop, double pointed needles or flexible double pointed needles).

Before the workshop, from the beginning of July, I will welcome you to a phase of « prep-along » : I will invite you to join a private online space where I’ll share with you how to get ready for the workshop and what you’ll need to bring, as well as a couple of tiny exercises. It won’t be a lot of homework, just a little warm up that we’ll do together!

Level: Advanced

What you’ll need to bring to class:
Homework will be shared in early July via a dedicated online space wit Cithia Vallet to prepar for class.
