About the show


Flock Fiber Festival will be held at the Summit Building at the Seattle Convention Center in Seattle, WA.

Marketplace Hours:
Saturday, August 10 - 10:00am - 5:00pm
(masks required from 10:00am - 12:00pm)
Sunday, August 11 - 10:00am - 4:00pm

Vendor move-in will take place on Friday, August 9th and move-out will be Sunday after the marketplace closes.

Booth Information


Booth fees: $850 per 10' x10' space.
There is a 15% discount for anyone who self-identifies as BIPOC.

This fee includes pipe and drape, folding table and chairs, and wifi access for one POS device.

You are welcome to apply for more than one booth space if you need more room or share a booth space with another vendor. 

Electricity is available for an additional fee. Costs vary depending on wattage requirements, but for a reference point, the price of a standard electrical outlet like you would find at home is about $225 for the duration of the show. Please feel free to e-mail for more information.

    We are so excited to be able to offer classes to attendees this year!
    Classes will take place all three days, August 9-11, 2024.

    If you are interested in teaching, we will begin accepting teaching proposals in a couple of weeks. Please keep an eye out on our Instagram for when teaching applications are open.

    If you are coming from out of state, freight shipping and warehousing services are available through our partnership with Suddath Logistics. If this is something you are interested in, please reach out via e-mail for more information regarding estimated costs.

      How to apply to be a vendor!


      Application Timeline:

      November 15-December 10:
      Applications are open

      Mid-January:
      Vendors will be notified of their acceptance after the fire marshal and venue approve the floor plan.

      Mid-January - early February:
      Contracts will go out and a 50% deposit will be due at signing.

      April 12:
      Second half of deposit is due

        Interested in teaching at Flock?


        We are thrilled to be able to offer classes at Flock next year! Classes will take place Friday, August 9 - Sunday, August 11th and will also be held at the Summit Building at the Seattle Convention Center.

        If you are interested in teaching, please submit a proposal for your course using the link below. Teaching applications will be open until January 7, 2024 so that you have enough time to plan the class and submit the proposal. We will let you know if your proposal has been accepted by February 4, 2024.
