Beginner Drop Spindle - Jessica Ransom (Friday)

About the Class:
Teaching the basics of spinning through a thorough, hands-on, experience through drop spindle. A cheap way to test out spinning- a slow and methodical skillset going back thousands of years.

Spindles, fiber, & handouts will be provided.

About the Instructor:
Jess, owner of Witchfire Fibers, started her fiber journey with learning how to spin on a drop spindle.  She fell in love with spinning and dove head first into the craft.  She now owns a yarn dyeing business, alongside her own little flock of natural-colored Merino sheep that she raises for to scratch that spinning bug.
