The El Koreano food truck features a menu inspired by both Mexican and Korean cuisine for an ultimate culinary fusion. Enjoy everything from beef bulgogi tortas to fried rice quesadillas as well as homemade sauces to enhance your taste buds' experience.
Bai Tong

Bai Tong on Wheels is brought to you by the best Thai restaurant in Washington State, Bai Tong Thai Restaurant. They have served authentic Thai food for more than three decades. Now, they're taking to the road to serve amazing Thai food that you know and love!
Tabassum

The Tabassum food truck creates fresh Uzbek food including Samsa (savory hand pies) and Plov (a rice bowl topped with beef). Their menu also offers Vegan as well as Halal offerings. The Seattle Times named their Samsa as one of the Best Bites of the year a few years back.

Mama D, who invents the recipes, applies the essence of the contemporary Filipino/American cuisine, allowing this food truck to serve up unique foods and stand out among the best.
