Application Timeline:

November 15-December 10:
Applications are open

Mid-January:
Vendors will be notified of their acceptance after the fire marshal and venue approve the floor plan.

Mid-January - early February:
Contracts will go out and a 50% deposit will be due at signing.

April 12:
Second half of deposit is due
